Terms of Service

PayStubShop ("we") provides an online tool to prepare pay stubs, contractor payment statements, Form W-2 and 1099 recipient copies and Form W-9. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your information must be accurate

Documents are generated from the information you enter. You confirm that you are authorized to prepare them and that they reflect actual payments and records. You may not use PayStubShop to misrepresent income or employment, to deceive any person, lender, landlord or agency, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to violate these terms.

What we provide

• Calculations use published federal rules (IRS Publication 15-T and Publication 15) and the state rules we list as supported. Where we don't calculate a jurisdiction, amounts come from you.
• W-2 and 1099 documents are recipient and file copies on the official IRS form editions. We do not file anything with the IRS, SSA or any state for you, and we do not provide Copy A for paper filing.
• We are not a payroll provider, tax adviser or law firm, and nothing on the site is tax or legal advice.

Payment, delivery, corrections and refunds

Prices are shown before you pay and charged once per order. Files are available immediately after payment and for 90 days through your order link. You can correct typos free for 30 days.

All sales are final. Because documents are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect information entered by the customer, or documents the customer no longer needs. If we made an error, the document didn't arrive, or you were charged incorrectly, contact support within 14 days and we will correct or refund it. See our refund policy. At checkout you confirm the information is accurate and accept these final-sale terms; we keep a record of that confirmation (time and IP address) with your order.

Reminders and email

We send transactional email about your orders. Payday reminders are optional, sent only if you turn them on, and can be turned off with one click. We do not send marketing email.

Support

Chat support is provided 24/7 by our virtual assistant, which can look up and act on your orders. Issues it can't resolve are handled by our team by email.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. You are responsible for reviewing documents before use.
