Template questions

Do all templates show the same numbers?

Yes. The template only changes the layout. Every template prints the same calculated earnings, taxes, deductions and year-to-date totals from the details you enter.

Can I change the template after I pay?

Yes. Within 30 days you can reopen your order, pick a different template as part of a free correction and download the new version at no charge.

Which template should I choose?

Classic Payroll is the most widely recognized format and our most popular choice. Choose Detailed Earnings Statement when you want every figure documented, Hourly / Overtime for shift work, and Contractor Statement for 1099 contractors.

Is the direct deposit slip included with every template?

Yes, at no extra cost. Most templates place a detachable deposit advice at the bottom of the page; the Traditional Check Voucher places it across the top. Every advice is marked non-negotiable.
