Questions
Do I need to sign the W-9?
Yes. Part II, the certification, must be signed and dated by you; we never sign on anyone's behalf. Print or e-sign the PDF, then give it to the business that asked for it, not to the IRS.
Where does an ITIN go?
In the Social Security number boxes, as the form instructs. Choose ITIN in the editor and it prints there.
How much does Form W-9 cost?
$4.99 per form, paid once at checkout. There is no account, subscription or extra fee, and you see the full filled form before you pay.
